Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across Pakistan. All orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless otherwise stated.
- Any special shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if applicable) to monitor your shipment.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or the customer being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the package (if applicable), and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
